Quotes are provided as a flat fee per service rather than hourly rates. Pricing is based on factors such as property size, access for equipment, yard complexity and expected growth throughout the year.

A full property walk-through is preferred before the first service to discuss access, expectations and any property-specific details.

After that, clients generally do not need to be home as long as access to the lawn areas and green bin is available on the day. This may include leaving gates unlocked where required.

To help keep the service safe and efficient, we ask that lawns are reasonably clear before arrival. This includes picking up dog waste, toys, hoses, branches and other loose debris where possible.

If excessive debris or pet waste is present, some areas may be unable to be serviced or may require additional time.

Yes. A reminder message is sent the day before each scheduled service, including an estimated arrival window.

If weather conditions are too wet to safely or effectively carry out the service, you’ll be notified and the job will be rescheduled to the next suitable availability.

Green waste from regular mowing is generally placed in the property’s green bin as part of the service. Additional green waste removal may be available by prior arrangement for an extra fee.

Invoices are issued electronically upon completion of the service. Payment is generally made via bank transfer or PayID.

Yes. Crestwood Mowing carries public liability insurance.
